Family Court Consultation

As a Family Court Consultant,  the parties or the court may contract my services to address psychological concerns as it relates to the court case.  The party or the court may request guidance regarding a child-parent plan as it relates to the best interest of the child(ren) or review the findings from a custody evaluation. In certain situations, a Family Court Consultant can provide testimony with respect to: custody concerns, parenting plans, parental authority regarding decision making, domestic violence concerns, or provide clarity to specific questions formulated by the court or other party.
